Profile Extrusion Line
Profile and WPC Plate Extrusion Line:
At present WPC extrusion line has two ways: one step way and two steps way:
one step way mainly used to produce PVC wood plastic product,
two steps way mainly used to extrude PP/PE wood plastic product.
The screws and barrel is treated by bimetal treatment, wearable and anti-erode, featured in good plasticization, high capacity, energy saving and wood powder and the other wooden fibre can occupied high quantity as 50-70%.
This equipment is an ideal choice for customers who want to produce wood tray, indoor and outdoor floor, fences, warehouse plate and outdoor decorative material and so on.
After the line add or replacing the different spare part, can be produced plastic steel window profile, pinch plate, window sill, siding plate, corrugated sheets and
WPC of floor, fences, door panel, door pocketlines, etc.
PVC Decking Panel Extrusion Line:
This line is specialized in PVC,PE,PP wood-plastic foamed panel, decking panel .
It has high capacity, stable extrusion , high foamed such advantages.
It can produce various decking products with widely usage.
High rigidity, smooth and paleography, the proportion is within 0.6-0.9kg/m3.
PE、PP、PVC and Wood Plate Line:
WPC extrusion line: It adopts special design of screw & barrel, mould and extruder for wood plastic products.
Products series:One step way thick board extrusion line,
One step way WPC profile extrusion line;
WPC pelletizing extrusion line and different kinds of WPC mould.
The WPC products can be produced by two step extrusion machine, or pelletzing first then through extrusion machine, it will save power and place,it has some feature:high output,stable extrusion pressure,high plastication, and good mixing.
Optimized screw design have small cutting strength, and it is not easy to cut wood fibre, good plastication.
This extrusion line can produce PE,PP or PVC WPC profile products.
Main application is for wood tray, indoor and outdoor floor,and outside decoration,and so on.
Customized Profile Extrusion Line:
By adopting the foreign and domestic advanced technology, we successfully developed the customized profile extrusion line. This line consists of single screw or twin screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul-off is Unit, cutter and stacker, the producing line features of good plasticization, high output capacity, low power consumption and etc. The main extruder speed controlled by imported AC inverter, and temperature control by Japanese RKC or FUJI temperature meter, vacuum pump and traction gear reducer of the down stream equipment are all good quality products, and also easy maintenance.
